The editorial dashboard for shopping centres.

Retailer offers, events, Google reviews, social posts, the newsletter: in many centres each one lives in a different tool. The DMR dashboard brings them together, one space per centre, and prepares content from what is actually happening in the mall.

It is part of our content and editorial expertise: a tool for organising the workflow, not a separate marketing offer.

One space per centre

Each centre gets its own. With its team and clear roles: who prepares, who approves, who only views.

The store directory is collected from the centre's website, brand and category included, then kept up to date. A landlord or an agency follows several centres from one account, without mixing one centre's data with another's.

Detected retailer updates

Offers, events, vacancies, new arrivals, ongoing benefits: whatever changes at your retailers comes up, collected from the centre's website and from the sites of the retailers being monitored. Coverage depends on accessible sources. A retailer that publishes nothing cannot be picked up.

Dated and sourced information

Information comes from the centre's website, the websites of monitored retailers and local news. Each item retains its source and collection date. If a store cannot be identified with confidence, the item remains unattributed.

Posts and newsletters ready for review

An offer comes in, a post gets drafted. For Facebook, for Instagram, or for the next newsletter.

Your team reviews, corrects what needs correcting, approves. Only then does the post go out on the centre's accounts and the newsletter to your subscribers. Nothing is published without that approval.

Google reviews in the same place

Reviews left on the centre's Google profile land in the dashboard. Each one gets a suggested reply. Once approved, the reply is published on Google, without going through another interface.

Planning ahead

  • A calendar of key dates: commercial, local and seasonal
  • Content ideas week by week, each with its format
  • What comparable centres are publishing
  • Website traffic compared with the previous year, where the centre has analytics connected

A start without a blank page

When the account opens, we prepare the store directory and a first collection of updates. Your team arrives in a space that is already filled in.

Available languages

The dashboard is available in French, English, Spanish and Italian.

No public demo for now. Ask for one and we will show it applied to your centre.
